COOL CAR GUY AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Cool Car Guy Affiliate Program operated by Cool Car Guy, Inc.
By applying for, accessing, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not participate.
1. FREE TO JOIN
The Cool Car Guy Affiliate Program is free to join.
- You do not have to purchase a Parking Spot.
- You do not have to purchase inventory.
- You do not have to pay a membership fee.
- You do not have to maintain a recurring order.
- You do not have to meet a personal-purchase quota.
Purchasing Cool Car Guy advertising is optional and does not guarantee commissions or income.
2. APPLICATION AND INDEPENDENT STATUS
You must provide accurate information, be legally capable of entering this agreement, and have authority to act for any business or organization you represent.
Cool Car Guy may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account when reasonably necessary to protect the program, users, brand, payments, or legal compliance.
You participate as an independent affiliate—not as an employee, partner, franchisee, representative, or legal agent of Cool Car Guy.
- You may not enter contracts or make promises for Cool Car Guy.
- You may not claim that you work for Cool Car Guy.
- You may not represent that you can approve advertisements, purchases, refunds, commissions, or payouts.
- You may not create duplicate or false accounts to manipulate tracking or evade restrictions.
- You may not transfer your account, linked customers, commissions, or program position without written permission.
You are responsible for your own expenses, equipment, taxes, business decisions, advertising, and legal compliance.
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
The current commission structure may distribute up to 55% of a qualifying purchase through one connected five-tier path:
- 20% — Direct Referral
- 15% — Tier One
- 10% — Tier Two
- 5% — Tier Three
- 5% — Tier Four
These percentages do not mean every purchase generates five commission payments.
A commission is paid at a position only when an eligible affiliate occupies that position, the affiliate is in good standing, the purchase qualifies, payment is completed, tracking or attribution is valid, and these Terms are satisfied.
No qualifying purchase means no commission.
4. QUALIFYING PURCHASES
Commission-eligible purchases may include:
- The $7 Parking Spot
- StoryDrive™ packages
- Video Features
- Other advertising or promotional products identified by Cool Car Guy as commission-eligible
- The purchase must be properly tracked or attributed.
- Payment must be successfully completed.
- The transaction must be legitimate.
- The product must be eligible.
- The affiliate must comply with these Terms.
- The transaction must not be disputed, reversed, charged back, or invalidated.
Commissions may be rejected, reduced, reversed, or deducted for failed payments, duplicate transactions, billing reversals, fraud, test purchases, false accounts, tracking manipulation, prohibited promotion, or another ineligible transaction.
5. LIFETIME CUSTOMER ATTRIBUTION
Cool Car Guy may connect an eligible customer account to the affiliate who originally referred that customer.
When a customer is successfully linked, the affiliate may continue earning commissions on that customer’s future qualifying purchases, even after the original referral cookie expires or the customer does not use the affiliate link again.
Future qualifying purchases may include additional $7 Parking Spots, StoryDrive™ packages, Video Features, and other products identified as commission-eligible.
Lifetime customer attribution does not mean:
- The customer is guaranteed to purchase again.
- Every future purchase will qualify.
- The affiliate owns the customer.
- The customer link can never be corrected or reassigned.
- Commission rates can never change.
- The Affiliate Program must operate forever.
Future commissions require an active affiliate account in good standing, a properly linked customer, an eligible product, successful payment, and compliance with the current Terms.
Cool Car Guy may correct, link, unlink, or reassign a customer when reasonably necessary because of tracking errors, duplicate records, incorrect account information, conflicting attribution, fraud, manipulation, technical limitations, privacy requirements, or customer-account changes.
6. TRACKING AND ATTRIBUTION
Affiliates receive approved links or other tracking tools. A referral cookie may remain active for up to 120 days, subject to current program settings and technical limitations.
Tracking may use referral links, cookies, customer accounts, customer identifiers, transaction records, approved affiliate codes, IP addresses, and other available attribution information.
Tracking is not guaranteed and may fail because of blocked or deleted cookies, browser privacy settings, ad blockers, incorrect links, device changes, duplicate accounts, software errors, third-party systems, or network interruptions.
Cool Car Guy’s system and transaction records normally control attribution.
7. ATTRIBUTION REVIEW REQUESTS
If you believe a qualifying customer or purchase was not properly attributed to you, you may request a review.
Provide your affiliate account information, the customer information known to you, approximate referral and purchase dates, the product purchased, the affiliate link used, and any supporting messages or screenshots.
Do not submit complete payment-card information, passwords, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
A review request does not guarantee reassignment. Cool Car Guy may approve, deny, correct, manually link, reassign, leave the existing attribution unchanged, or determine that the evidence is insufficient.
8. PENDING COMMISSIONS AND REVERSALS
Commissions may remain pending while Cool Car Guy confirms payment, eligibility, attribution, absence of fraud, absence of a billing dispute, and affiliate compliance.
A pending commission is not yet payable.
If a transaction is disputed, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise invalidated, the related commission may be rejected, reduced, reversed, deducted from an unpaid balance, or deducted from future commissions.
9. PAYOUTS
The current minimum payout is $25 USD.
Payouts are generally scheduled every other Friday through PayPal Payouts or another method approved by Cool Car Guy.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information, maintaining an eligible payment account, and satisfying applicable tax requirements.
Payouts may be delayed for holidays, account review, identity verification, tax-document requirements, fraud review, incorrect payment information, processor restrictions, or technical problems.
10. REQUIRED AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Whenever you promote Cool Car Guy through an affiliate link, recommendation, review, video, social-media post, email, article, or other communication, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission.
The disclosure must be easy to notice and placed close to the affiliate link or recommendation.
“I am a Cool Car Guy affiliate and may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
Do not hide the disclosure in a footer, profile page, long hashtag list, or separate legal page.
11. TRUTHFUL PROMOTION AND EARNINGS CLAIMS
You must describe Cool Car Guy, its products, prices, Affiliate Program, and earning opportunity truthfully and accurately.
- You may not claim that income is guaranteed or automatic.
- You may not claim that everyone earns money.
- You may not claim that every referral will be tracked.
- You may not claim that all five affiliate positions will develop.
- You may not claim that lifetime customer links can never change.
- You may not claim that a Parking Spot is guaranteed to receive views or sell a vehicle.
- You may not present an earnings illustration as typical, expected, or promised.
You may describe your genuine personal experience, but you may not fabricate results, alter payment screenshots, use fake testimonials, or present unusual results as typical without support.
Cool Car Guy may require you to correct, disclose, or remove promotion that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, outdated, or inconsistent with these Terms.
12. PROHIBITED PROMOTIONAL METHODS
You are responsible for complying with applicable email, telephone, text-message, privacy, advertising, and consumer-protection laws.
- No spam or unsolicited bulk email.
- No purchased, harvested, or unlawfully obtained contact lists.
- No automated calls, prerecorded calls, robocalls, or text messages without legally sufficient consent.
- No repeated contact after a person asks you to stop.
- No cookie stuffing, hidden links, iframes, forced redirects, or deceptive tracking.
- No fake accounts, purchases, reviews, coupons, discounts, testimonials, or traffic.
- No bots, malware, phishing, impersonation, or unlawful content.
- No deceptive pricing, earnings, or performance claims.
You must promptly honor unsubscribe, opt-out, and do-not-contact requests.
13. PAID ADVERTISING
Affiliates may use lawful paid advertising, including search, social-media, display, sponsored content, promoted posts, and other compliant paid traffic sources.
Paid advertising must be truthful, contain required affiliate disclosures, comply with the advertising platform’s rules, use an accurate landing page, avoid false prices or guarantees, and make clear that the affiliate is an independent promoter.
Affiliates may bid on Cool Car Guy-related keywords, including branded terms, provided the advertisement does not impersonate Cool Car Guy, claim to be the official website, or create confusion about who placed the advertisement.
You are responsible for all advertising costs, targeting decisions, platform rules, and legal compliance.
14. BRANDING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
Cool Car Guy may provide approved banners, images, videos, copy, links, landing pages, or other promotional materials.
Affiliates may also create their own materials, but they remain responsible for accuracy, disclosure, legality, and platform compliance.
You may not impersonate Cool Car Guy, use “official” deceptively, create a misleading domain or display URL, copy official advertising in a confusing manner, or use Cool Car Guy branding in a way that suggests unauthorized sponsorship or control.
Cool Car Guy’s review or approval of affiliate-created material does not transfer responsibility for the campaign or later modifications.
15. CUSTOMER AND PROGRAM INFORMATION
Customer and affiliate information may be used only for legitimate Affiliate Program purposes.
- Do not scrape customer information.
- Do not build unauthorized marketing lists.
- Do not disclose private transaction information.
- Do not contact customers without lawful permission.
- Do not sell customer information.
- Do not use program data for unrelated purposes.
Affiliates do not own customers or acquire ownership rights in customer information.
16. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You may stop participating at any time.
Cool Car Guy may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, spam, cookie stuffing, tracking manipulation, misleading claims, missing disclosures, brand misuse, duplicate accounts, unlawful conduct, or violation of these Terms.
During an investigation, Cool Car Guy may place commissions and payouts on hold.
After termination, you must stop presenting yourself as a Cool Car Guy affiliate, stop using restricted branding, and stop using affiliate links that are no longer authorized.
Approved commissions earned before a termination unrelated to misconduct may remain payable. Commissions connected to fraud, deception, manipulation, or a material violation may be rejected or forfeited where permitted by law.
17. PROGRAM CHANGES
Cool Car Guy may change commission rates, paid positions, eligible products, prices, tracking rules, cookie duration, customer-linking rules, payout schedules, payout methods, and other Affiliate Program terms.
Changes generally apply prospectively. The Affiliate Program is not guaranteed to continue forever or remain in its current form.
Continued participation after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
18. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Affiliate Program is provided on an “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Cool Car Guy does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free tracking, successful customer linking, referrals, purchases, commissions, network growth, payout timing, or income.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Car Guy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost commissions, profits, opportunities, traffic, customers, or data.
Cool Car Guy’s total liability arising from the Affiliate Program will not exceed the amount of approved commissions paid or payable to you during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cool Car Guy, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your promotion, advertising claims, failure to disclose, violation of law, misuse of customer information, infringement of rights, or breach of these Terms.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Doña Ana County, New Mexico.
The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally before filing litigation.
21. RELATED POLICIES AND GENERAL TERMS
These Terms incorporate the Cool Car Guy Terms and Conditions, Advertising Terms, Advertising Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Prohibited Ads Policy, Copyright Complaints procedure, Legal & Earnings Disclosure, current commission information, and applicable checkout terms.
If another policy conflicts with these Terms on an affiliate matter, these Affiliate Terms control unless a specific written commission term states otherwise.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Submitting an application, accepting electronically, accessing the Affiliate Dashboard, using an affiliate link, or continuing to participate constitutes electronic acceptance.

- You do not have to buy advertising.
- Use your correct affiliate link.
- Tell people that you may earn a commission.
- Promote Cool Car Guy honestly.
- Do not promise income.
- Do not spam people.
- Do not manipulate tracking.
- You earn only when a real qualifying purchase is properly attributed.
When a customer is properly linked to you, you may continue earning commissions on that customer’s future qualifying purchases.
