CoolCarGuy.com is owned and operated by Cool Car Guy, Inc.
CoolCarGuy.com allows users to publish Parking Spots containing photographs, descriptions, stories, logos, videos, links, and other material.
The person who submits content is responsible for owning it or having permission or another lawful basis to use it.
COOL CAR GUY DOES NOT VERIFY EVERY SUBMISSION
Cool Car Guy does not routinely investigate the ownership history of every photograph, video, logo, description, or other item included in every Parking Spot.
The person submitting content is responsible for:
- Owning the content or having permission to use it
- Respecting copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, and other legal rights
- Providing accurate information
- Removing or correcting material when necessary
Publication does not mean Cool Car Guy verified, licensed, endorsed, approved, or authenticated the submitted material.
HOW TO REPORT A CONCERN
If you believe material displayed on CoolCarGuy.com improperly uses content or other rights that you own or control, email support@coolcarguy.com.
Please include:
- Your name and contact information
- The exact CoolCarGuy.com URL where the material appears
- A clear identification of the specific photograph, text, logo, video, or other material involved
- An explanation of the right you own or are authorized to enforce
- A link to the original or authorized source, when available
- Any supporting information that reasonably helps explain the concern
A general statement such as “this website stole my content” may not provide enough information to identify or evaluate the concern.
Do not send passwords, complete payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or confidential information that is unnecessary.
WHAT COOL CAR GUY MAY DO
After receiving enough information to identify the material, Cool Car Guy may:
- Review the identified material
- Request additional information
- Contact the person who submitted it
- Ask that person to show ownership, permission, a license, or another lawful basis for use
- Temporarily hide, restrict, unpublish, or remove the material
- Restore the material when appropriate
- Suspend or remove a Parking Spot
- Restrict or terminate an account in appropriate circumstances
- Require the parties to resolve the dispute directly or through an appropriate legal process
Cool Car Guy may act quickly when a concern appears credible, but submitting a complaint does not guarantee immediate or permanent removal.
COOL CAR GUY DOES NOT ACT AS A COURT
Cool Car Guy is not required to determine final ownership, authorship, licensing, fair use, permission, trademark rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other disputed legal questions between private parties.
When evidence conflicts or the dispute cannot reasonably be resolved from available information, Cool Car Guy may leave the material restricted or removed and require the parties to resolve the issue elsewhere.
This process does not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, guarantee removal, waive any legal rights or defenses, or create obligations beyond those required by applicable law.
IF YOUR CONTENT IS QUESTIONED
If Cool Car Guy contacts you about material you submitted, respond promptly.
You may be asked to provide:
- The Parking Spot URL and identification of the disputed material
- An explanation of why you believe you may lawfully use it
- Evidence that you created or own it
- Written permission, a license, purchase records, or another basis for use
- Information showing that the complaint concerns the wrong material or is otherwise mistaken
Failure to respond or provide a reasonable basis for use may result in the material or Parking Spot remaining unpublished or being removed.
EMBEDDED VIDEOS AND THIRD-PARTY MEDIA
Some Parking Spots display videos or other media through links or embeds from YouTube, Rumble, Vimeo, TikTok, social-media platforms, or other third-party services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, that media remains hosted and controlled by the originating platform or content provider. Cool Car Guy does not download, re-upload, or claim ownership of third-party embedded media.
A concern involving media hosted by another platform may also need to be reported directly to that platform.
When reporting embedded media to Cool Car Guy, include the CoolCarGuy.com page and the original source-platform URL, when available.
REPEATED UNAUTHORIZED POSTING
Cool Car Guy may restrict or terminate users who repeatedly submit material they do not own or have permission to use.
This may include users who:
- Repeatedly post unauthorized material
- Provide false ownership or permission information
- Ignore prior content-rights concerns
- Attempt to repost or evade the removal of disputed material
- Use CoolCarGuy.com to infringe or misuse another person’s rights
FALSE, VAGUE, OR ABUSIVE COMPLAINTS
Do not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, vague, or materially inaccurate complaints.
This process may not be used to:
- Silence criticism
- Remove a competing advertisement
- Harass another user
- Interfere with lawful content
- Claim ownership of material you do not own or control
- Misrepresent whether another person has permission
Cool Car Guy may reject or disregard complaints that are incomplete, abusive, unrelated to content rights, or unsupported by enough information to identify the issue.
NO GENERAL DUTY TO MONITOR
Cool Car Guy does not undertake a general duty to monitor every Parking Spot, upload, link, video, or other item of user-submitted content.
Users remain responsible for the material they submit. Cool Car Guy may act when a specific concern is brought to its attention or when it otherwise becomes aware of a potential policy or legal issue.
