COOL CAR GUY REPORTING AND COMMUNITY MODERATION

Users are responsible for the Parking Spots, photographs, videos, links, comments, and other content they submit to CoolCarGuy.com.
Cool Car Guy does not independently verify every vehicle, seller, title claim, photograph, statement, price, link, or transaction before publication. Community reports help identify content that may require review.
1. WHAT TO REPORT
Report content you reasonably believe involves:
- A stolen vehicle, stolen property, or false ownership claim
- Title, VIN, mileage, condition, payment, seller, or identity fraud
- A scam, misleading advertisement, prohibited item, threat, harassment, malware, phishing, or spam
- Private information or content used without ownership, permission, or another lawful basis
- An unavailable or materially inaccurate advertisement
- Another violation of Cool Car Guy policies
Disliking a vehicle, price, seller, opinion, story, or style is not by itself a policy violation.
2. HOW TO REPORT IT
Use the report feature when available or email Cool Car Guy. Include the exact page URL, Parking Spot title, a clear explanation, and any useful supporting information.

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. A REPORT IS NOT A VERDICT
A report starts a review. It does not automatically prove that a violation occurred or require removal.
Reports may be mistaken, incomplete, duplicated, retaliatory, coordinated, or based on disagreement rather than misconduct.
Cool Car Guy may take temporary action before completing a review when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or prevention of continuing harm.
4. POSSIBLE MODERATION ACTIONS
Cool Car Guy may:
- Take no action or request more information
- Contact the advertiser or require corrections
- Request identification, ownership, title, permission, or other documentation
- Remove or restrict a photograph, video, link, comment, or Parking Spot
- Suspend or terminate an account
- Reverse related affiliate commissions or restrict future purchases
- Preserve records or report suspected unlawful conduct when appropriate
Publication does not mean Cool Car Guy verified, endorsed, authenticated, licensed, or guaranteed the content.
Removal or account action resulting from a policy violation does not create a right to a refund.
5. RIGHTS CONCERNS AND MODERATION RESPONSES
Concerns involving photographs, videos, writing, logos, trademarks, or other protected material should use the Report a Content Rights Concern process.
If your content is restricted or removed and you believe the decision was mistaken, email support@coolcarguy.com with your account email, the page URL, an explanation, and supporting information.
Cool Car Guy may restore the content, keep it restricted, require corrections or proof, or require the parties to resolve a private legal dispute elsewhere.
Do not repost removed content without correcting the problem or receiving permission.
6. FALSE REPORTS, DANGER, AND MONITORING
Do not use reporting tools to harass advertisers, attack competitors, retaliate in disputes, silence lawful criticism, or submit knowingly false claims. Abuse may result in account restrictions.
Cool Car Guy is not an emergency or law-enforcement service. Contact the appropriate authorities when someone appears to be in immediate danger or criminal activity is occurring.
Cool Car Guy does not undertake a general duty to monitor every Parking Spot, advertiser, comment, link, or transaction. Users remain responsible for their own content and conduct.
