COOL CAR GUY ADVERTISING REFUND POLICY

This Advertising Refund Policy applies to purchases made through CoolCarGuy.com, which is owned and operated by Cool Car Guy, Inc.
CoolCarGuy.com is not a Freak Site and is not owned or operated by Freak Sites, Inc.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All advertising and promotional purchases are final and non-refundable.
The current standard Parking Spot is a one-time $7 digital advertising purchase.
Cool Car Guy also sells StoryDrive™ packages and Video Features as separate advertising products when offered.
You are purchasing access to create and publish an advertising page. You are not purchasing a physical product, a guaranteed audience, or a guaranteed result.
Once payment is completed, no refund, partial refund, credit, exchange, replacement, or cancellation is provided, except where required by applicable law.
NOT USING THE AD DOES NOT CREATE A REFUND
The purchase is complete when payment is accepted and access to the Parking Spot is provided.
You are not entitled to a refund because you:
- Change your mind
- Decide not to create or publish the Parking Spot
- Sell the vehicle or complete the transaction elsewhere
- No longer need the advertisement
- Fail to upload content
- Fail to promote or share the page
- Forget about the purchase
- Do not receive the response you expected
RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
Cool Car Guy does not guarantee search indexing, rankings, views, clicks, inquiries, leads, offers, buyers, customers, sales, affiliate registrations, commissions, profit, or income.
Low traffic, no traffic, no response, no sale, or no commission does not create a right to a refund.
REMOVAL DOES NOT CREATE A REFUND
A Parking Spot may be rejected, suspended, unpublished, or removed if it violates the Terms and Conditions, Advertising Terms, Prohibited Ads Policy, payment rules, applicable law, or another person’s rights.
Removal, suspension, account restriction, or loss of access resulting from a violation does not create a right to a refund.
No scheduled expiration does not mean guaranteed lifetime or permanent hosting.
STORYDRIVE™
StoryDrive™ is a separate paid advertising and promotional product. The package description displayed when ordered controls the price, target delivery, campaign terms, and completion requirements.
StoryDrive™ purchases are final and non-refundable. If delivery is interrupted or falls short of the package terms, Cool Car Guy may continue, extend, replace, or substitute qualifying delivery rather than issue a refund.
StoryDrive™ does not guarantee sales, leads, buyers, commissions, profit, income, social-media engagement, or search ranking.
VIDEO FEATURES
A Video Feature is a separate paid advertising, editorial, or promotional product that may be offered for $99 or another price displayed when ordered.
Video Feature purchases are final and non-refundable. Cool Car Guy controls the editorial and production decisions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A Video Feature does not guarantee views, subscribers, leads, sales, commissions, income, or permanent availability on a third-party platform.
BILLING ERRORS AND UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
A duplicate charge, documented billing error, or unauthorized transaction is not treated as a refund request. It is a billing or fraud issue and will be reviewed separately.
Contact Cool Car Guy promptly and provide the account email, transaction date, order information, and a clear description of the issue.

CHARGEBACKS
Contact Cool Car Guy before filing a chargeback so a legitimate billing concern can be investigated.
A chargeback involving a valid purchase may result in account restriction, removal of the related Parking Spot, reversal of related affiliate commissions, restriction of future purchases, and submission of transaction records to the payment processor.
Nothing in this Policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
THE SIMPLE VERSION
You bought a $7 advertisement. All sales are final.
Use it, edit it, promote it, or remove it—but there is no refund because it did not produce the result you hoped for.
