I built CoolCarGuy.com because the world around cool cars is enormous.
Cars. Racing. Auctions. Builders. Collectors. Road trips. Businesses. Videos. Stories. Opinions. Products. People. Strange automotive rabbit holes.
I wanted a place where I could create around all of it without everything disappearing down somebody else’s social-media feed.
So I built the Island.
The individual pages are called Parking Spots.
Each Parking Spot gets its own page, its own URL and a place inside the searchable Cool Car Guy Island.
If all you want to do is explore what I create?
Cool. Enjoy the Island.
But if you look around and think:
“I could build something here.”
Now you’re getting it.

🚗 STEP 1 — PICK YOUR PART OF THE COOL-CAR WORLD
You do not need to arrive here with a dealership, automotive business, YouTube channel, giant audience or even a car you are trying to sell.
You need something worthwhile to create around.
The only real starting rule is simple:
IT HAS TO GENUINELY BELONG SOMEWHERE AROUND COOL CARS.
That might be:
- A cool car you own
- A car you are selling
- A car you have no intention of selling
- A collector, racer, builder, dealer or creator
- A restoration, modification or custom build
- An auction, race, show, event or road trip
- A video, review, opinion or comparison
- An automotive business, product or service
- A famous car or forgotten car
- A strange automotive story you stumbled across
- Market news, history or something worth explaining
- Something else I didn’t think of
You do not have to own everything you talk about.
I certainly don’t. 😂
You can create lawful commentary, editorial content, reviews and stories around things you do not own. You just cannot pretend somebody else’s property is yours, advertise something for sale without authority or use material you do not have the right to use.
The Island defines the world.
You decide what part of that world you want to build around.

It is a container.

🤖 STEP 3 — USE AI IF YOU WANT TO
This is where things get interesting.
You do not have to be a professional writer, photographer, marketer, programmer or automotive journalist.
You can start with an idea.
Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or whatever AI tools you like to help research, organize, brainstorm, write headlines, improve rough notes, develop an angle or turn an idea into something worth publishing.
Maybe you already have photographs and a video.
Great. Use them.
Maybe you only have an idea and want to research the subject.
Great. Start there.
AI can help create the presentation.
You are still responsible for what you publish.
Check the facts. Check the photographs. Check the specifications. Check the links. Make sure you have the right to use the material.
Then do something extremely sophisticated:
Read it before you publish it. 😂

Standard Parking Spots are not individually hand-approved before publication, but everything published here remains subject to the current CoolCarGuy.com Terms, content standards, category requirements and removal policies.
If it belongs here and follows the rules, park it.
NOW YOU HAVE AN ASSET.
📣 STEP 5 — GRAB THE URL AND DISTRIBUTE IT
CoolCarGuy.com does not need to replace the rest of the Internet.
Use the rest of the Internet.
X. Facebook. YouTube. Rumble. Instagram. LinkedIn. TikTok. Reddit. Forums. Email. Text messages. QR codes. Search.
Those platforms can help distribute your Parking Spot.
Your Parking Spot gives that attention somewhere useful to go.
CREATE HERE.
DISTRIBUTE EVERYWHERE.
Post the URL in a relevant conversation.
Put it in a video description.
Send it to somebody.
Share it again when the subject becomes interesting later.
You do not need a giant audience to start.
You need something worth linking to.

Try another subject.

The page can also be found through the site’s search and shared again later.

WATCH WHAT HAPPENS.
Recorded page views are not represented as unique visitors, completed reads, leads, customers or sales.
They’re simply a visible way to see that the page is moving.

That collection becomes your Garage.
Your Garage might be built around:

- Racing
- Automotive history
- Auctions
- Restorations
- Car collecting
- Automotive marketing
- Great automotive stories
- Your own projects
- Whatever part of the cool-car world keeps pulling you back
You can mix subjects too.
It’s your Garage.
ONE PARKING SPOT IS A PAGE.
A GARAGE CAN BECOME A BUSINESS.
The Garage is your growing collection of assets inside the Island.
Build one Parking Spot. Share it. Watch what happens. Build another.
Pretty soon you don’t have one page.
You have something you’re building.
🔄 STEP 8 — KEEP THE ASSETS ALIVE
A Parking Spot does not have to stay frozen exactly the way you first published it.
- If the price changes, update it.
- If the car sells, mark it sold.
- If the build progresses, add the next chapter.
- If you make a new video, add it.
- If the story develops, update it.
- If a link changes, fix it.
- If you discover that you wrote something wrong, correct it.
The page can move with the subject.
Create once.
Distribute repeatedly.
Update when it makes sense.
💰 STEP 9 — THEN SHOW SOMEBODY ELSE WHAT YOU DID
This is where the Garage can become more than a collection of pages.
- You built a Parking Spot.
- You used AI if you wanted to.
- You published it.
- You distributed it.
- You watched what happened.
- You built another one.
Now somebody sees what you’re doing and asks:
