CoolCarGuy.com sells full-page automotive advertising pages called Parking Spots. A Parking Spot may be used to sell, promote, showcase, explain, document, or tell the story of a cool car or something genuinely connected to cool-car culture.
Participants may also apply to the Affiliate Program and may earn commissions from qualifying advertising and promotional purchases properly tracked or attributed under the current Affiliate Agreement.
NO GUARANTEED TRAFFIC, SALES, OR INCOME
Purchasing a Parking Spot, creating a Channel, sharing a page, joining the Affiliate Program, or promoting CoolCarGuy.com does not guarantee any particular result.
Cool Car Guy, Inc. does not guarantee search-engine indexing or rankings, page views, traffic, clicks, inquiries, leads, offers, customers, sales, affiliate registrations, commissions, profit, or income.
Some advertisers may receive meaningful attention or complete a transaction. Others may receive little or no response. Some affiliates may earn commissions. Others may earn little or nothing.
Results depend on many factors, including the subject advertised, accuracy and quality of the page, photographs, price, market demand, audience, promotion, timing, consistency, tracking, attribution, refunds, chargebacks, and circumstances outside the control of Cool Car Guy, Inc.
THE $7 PARKING SPOT
The current standard Parking Spot is a one-time $7 advertising purchase.
It is not a subscription and does not have a scheduled renewal or scheduled expiration.
A Parking Spot may include writing, photographs, supported embedded videos, vehicle details, pricing, links, contact information, calls to action, and a public view counter, subject to current product limits and policies.
No scheduled expiration does not mean guaranteed lifetime hosting, permanent technical availability, or exemption from current terms, policies, legal requirements, account status, or continued operation of the website.
Statements that viewers are not charged per view mean only that CoolCarGuy.com does not impose a separate charge each time the page is viewed. They do not guarantee unlimited views, traffic, exposure, reach, or visibility.
A PARKING SPOT IS ADVERTISING
A Parking Spot may tell a story, but it is still an advertising product.
It may be used to advertise a vehicle for sale, promote a business or service, showcase a car, document a build, feature an event, introduce a product, preserve a story, or direct visitors to another lawful opportunity.
CoolCarGuy.com is generally not the buyer, seller, dealer, lender, transporter, inspector, repair facility, warranty provider, or other party to a transaction between users.
Advertisers and visitors are responsible for conducting their own inspections, due diligence, negotiations, contracts, payments, title work, taxes, transportation arrangements, and legal compliance.
CHANNELS AND COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITY
One Parking Spot may stand alone. Multiple Parking Spots connected to the same profile, business, collection, subject, or interest may form a Garage or Channel.
A Channel may be used to promote vehicles, products, services, businesses, affiliate offers, events, videos, or other lawful opportunities.
Building a Channel does not guarantee that visitors will discover it, return to it, purchase through it, or create income.
AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS
The CoolCarGuy.com Affiliate Program is generally free to apply to, subject to current eligibility and approval requirements.
Affiliates may earn commissions only when a qualifying purchase is properly tracked or attributed under the current Affiliate Agreement.
Commissions arise from real purchases of qualifying advertising or promotional services. No commission is earned merely because someone clicks a link, creates a free account, joins the Affiliate Program, or is introduced to CoolCarGuy.com.
Current commission rates, tiers, attribution rules, cookie duration, lifetime-customer rules, payout thresholds, payment methods, and payout schedules are governed by the current Affiliate Agreement and official program pages.
A visitor clicking an affiliate link does not guarantee that a later purchase will be credited to that affiliate.
TRACKING, ATTRIBUTION, AND REVERSALS
Affiliate tracking and commission eligibility may be affected by another affiliate link being clicked, cookie expiration or deletion, browser privacy settings, a change of browser or device, incomplete checkout, failed or duplicate payments, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, ineligible products, fraud, policy violations, technical errors, or administrative corrections.
Pending commissions may be delayed, denied, adjusted, or reversed when a transaction does not qualify or when required by the Affiliate Agreement.
EARNINGS EXAMPLES ARE ILLUSTRATIVE
Any example involving commissions, percentages, Parking Spot purchases, repeat purchases, Channels, affiliate tiers, network growth, revenue, or income is provided only to explain how the mathematics could operate under stated assumptions.

A mathematical possibility is not the same as a probable, expected, average, typical, or achievable result.
Actual affiliate paths are unlikely to grow evenly. Some participants may refer no purchasing customers. Some customers may purchase once. Some may purchase repeatedly. Some purchases may not qualify.
GROSS COMMISSIONS ARE NOT NET PROFIT
Any commission amount shown is a gross amount unless expressly stated otherwise.
Net profit may be lower after paid advertising, promotion, website, software, equipment, professional services, transaction costs, taxes, and other business expenses.
Participants are responsible for evaluating their own costs, tax obligations, recordkeeping, and business risks.
NO REQUIRED INVENTORY OR MONTHLY PURCHASE
CoolCarGuy.com does not require affiliates to purchase inventory, maintain autoship orders, or make monthly personal purchases merely to remain eligible for the Affiliate Program.
Purchasing a Parking Spot does not automatically enroll a customer as an affiliate. Applying to the Affiliate Program does not guarantee approval or commissions.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
Advertisers and affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable laws, publishing accurate information, having the right to use all submitted content, making required disclosures, avoiding false or misleading claims, following current policies, and maintaining appropriate tax and business records.
Affiliates may not present hypothetical earnings as typical, expected, promised, or guaranteed.
PROGRAM AND PRODUCT CHANGES
Cool Car Guy, Inc. may modify product pricing, features, eligibility requirements, commission rates, tracking systems, attribution rules, payout schedules, payment methods, and other program terms.
Current official terms control over older articles, screenshots, social-media posts, videos, emails, illustrations, or archived explanations.
