COOL CAR GUY ADVERTISING TERMS

These Advertising Terms govern the purchase, creation, publication, editing, promotion, and continued hosting of advertisements on CoolCarGuy.com and any related Cool Car Guy service that expressly incorporates them.
CoolCarGuy.com is owned and operated by Cool Car Guy, Inc.
By purchasing, submitting, publishing, or maintaining an advertisement, you agree to these Advertising Terms, the Cool Car Guy Terms and Conditions, Advertising Refund Policy, Prohibited Ads Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed at checkout.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or submit an advertisement.
1. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
CoolCarGuy.com sells digital advertising space. Its primary advertising product is a full-page advertisement called a Parking Spot.
A Parking Spot may be used to sell, promote, showcase, document, explain, or tell the story of a cool car or something genuinely connected to cool-car culture.
Depending on the fields and features currently available, a Parking Spot may include written content, photographs, vehicle or business information, contact details, pricing, links, affiliate links where permitted, and supported embedded media.
You are buying the advertising page. You are not buying guaranteed traffic or a guaranteed result.
2. THE CURRENT $7 PARKING SPOT
The current standard Parking Spot is a one-time $7 advertising purchase.
Cool Car Guy also sells StoryDrive™ promotional packages and Video Features as advertising products when offered.
StoryDrive™ package prices and delivery details are displayed when ordered. A Video Feature may be offered for $99 or another price displayed at purchase.
It is not a subscription and does not have a scheduled renewal or scheduled expiration.
The price, included features, technical limits, and product description displayed when you purchase control that transaction.
Cool Car Guy may change future pricing, categories, fields, photograph limits, video support, design, or available features. A future change does not create a new charge for a completed one-time purchase unless you separately order another product or service.
3. ONE PARKING SPOT—ONE PRIMARY SUBJECT
Each Parking Spot is purchased for one primary subject, such as one vehicle, business, product, service, event, project, collection, creator, or other approved automotive subject.
You may correct, improve, expand, and update the advertisement while it remains about the same primary subject.
You may not repeatedly replace the primary subject with unrelated vehicles, businesses, products, services, or offers in order to avoid purchasing another Parking Spot.
Cool Car Guy may require a new Parking Spot when an edit materially changes the identity or subject of the advertisement.
4. WHEN THE SERVICE BEGINS
The advertising service begins when payment is accepted and access to create, submit, edit, or publish the Parking Spot is provided.
The service is considered provided even if you do not complete, publish, update, promote, share, or otherwise use the available page.
Advertising value is not measured by whether the Parking Spot receives a certain number of views or produces an inquiry, sale, commission, or other result.
5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All advertising and promotional purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once payment is completed, no refund, partial refund, credit, exchange, replacement, or cancellation is provided, except where required by applicable law.
Changing your mind, deciding not to create the advertisement, selling elsewhere, no longer needing the page, failing to use it, or receiving fewer results than expected does not create a right to a refund.
Duplicate charges, documented billing errors, and unauthorized transactions are billing or fraud issues and may be reviewed separately.
6. NO SCHEDULED EXPIRATION
A standard Parking Spot has no scheduled weekly, monthly, or annual expiration merely because time passes.
No scheduled expiration does not mean guaranteed lifetime or permanent hosting.
Continued availability remains subject to:
- The website remaining operational
- Technical compatibility and security requirements
- Your account and payment status
- Compliance with current policies and applicable law
- The subject remaining eligible for CoolCarGuy.com
- Content moderation, third-party rights, and legal requirements
- Cool Car Guy’s continued operation of the applicable service
Cool Car Guy does not promise that any page, URL, photograph, video, field, feature, ranking, or third-party integration will remain available forever.
7. ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for every advertisement and all content submitted through your account.
You represent and warrant that:
- The information you provide is accurate and not materially misleading
- You have authority to advertise the subject
- You own or have permission to use all photographs, videos, text, logos, trademarks, links, and other content
- The advertisement does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, property, or other rights
- The advertisement is lawful and contains disclosures required by law
- You will promptly correct material information that becomes inaccurate
For vehicle advertisements, you are responsible for accurately describing ownership, seller identity, price, mileage, title status, condition, known material defects, branded-title history, location, availability, financing claims, dealer status, and other legally required facts.
8. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE
You retain ownership of original content you create and submit.
By submitting content, you grant Cool Car Guy, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, crop, compress, display, distribute, index, excerpt, share, promote, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate and display the Parking Spot
- Create previews, thumbnails, and search results
- Share or promote the Parking Spot through Cool Car Guy pages, email, social media, video, or other promotional channels
- Include the Parking Spot in editorial, historical, portfolio, or promotional material
- Protect the website, comply with law, and resolve disputes
This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to Cool Car Guy.
Limited copies may remain after removal in backups, archives, accounting or legal records, cached or indexed copies, dispute files, or promotional materials created while the content was active.
9. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, LINKS, AND EMBEDS
You may upload or embed only content you have the right to use.
Third-party videos and media generally remain hosted, delivered, and controlled by the originating platform. Embedding content does not transfer ownership to you or Cool Car Guy.
Links and affiliate links must be relevant, accurate, lawful, functional, and consistent with the advertisement.
You may not use links or embeds to:
- Distribute malware, phishing, or deceptive redirects
- Hide the true destination
- Harvest personal information unlawfully
- Promote prohibited or unrelated products or services
- Mislead visitors about sponsorship, affiliation, pricing, availability, or terms
- Violate another platform’s terms or another person’s rights
You are responsible for any affiliate, sponsorship, endorsement, or advertising disclosure required by law.
10. VIEWS, SEARCH ENGINES, AND PERFORMANCE
Cool Car Guy may display view counts or other activity measurements. Those figures are informational estimates and may be affected by repeat visits, filtering, automated traffic, caching, privacy settings, administrative activity, technical limits, and analytics configuration.
Cool Car Guy does not guarantee that view counts are exact.
Cool Car Guy may make Parking Spots available to search engines and sharing platforms, but does not control whether, when, where, or how long a third party indexes, ranks, displays, limits, or removes a page.
Cool Car Guy does not guarantee views, clicks, search ranking, inquiries, leads, offers, buyers, customers, sales, affiliate registrations, commissions, profit, or income.
11. MODERATION, REVIEW, AND REMOVAL
Cool Car Guy may review, approve, reject, edit, restrict, suspend, unpublish, archive, or remove advertisements.
We may act when content appears to:
- Violate these Terms, another policy, applicable law, or another person’s rights
- Contain false, misleading, fraudulent, unsafe, or materially incomplete information
- Be spam, duplicate, irrelevant, miscategorized, technically harmful, or unrelated to cool-car culture
- Contain prohibited products, services, links, or offers
- Create payment, security, legal, intellectual-property, or reputational concerns
- Harm users, the website, or the Cool Car Guy brand
Cool Car Guy may request identification, proof of ownership, proof of authority, title information, business information, content permissions, corrections, disclosures, or other reasonable documentation.
Publication does not mean Cool Car Guy verified, authenticated, endorsed, licensed, or guaranteed the advertiser, subject, content, claims, or transaction.
Removal, suspension, or account restriction resulting from a violation does not create a right to a refund.
12. EDITS, SOLD VEHICLES, AND COMPLETED OFFERS
Advertisers may edit Parking Spots through available account tools, but Cool Car Guy does not guarantee that every field, URL, category, image, or feature can be edited indefinitely.
You are responsible for updating material facts when a vehicle sells, a price changes, an event ends, a product becomes unavailable, an offer expires, contact information changes, or another important statement becomes inaccurate.
A Parking Spot may be marked sold, completed, unavailable, inactive, archived, or otherwise closed.
Where appropriate, a completed advertisement may remain as a story, historical page, portfolio item, or archived record rather than disappearing.
Cool Car Guy may remove or limit outdated contact or transactional information.
13. STORYDRIVE™ TERMS
StoryDrive™ is an optional advertising and promotional service intended to deliver additional visibility or traffic to an eligible Parking Spot.
The package description displayed when ordered controls the price, target number of delivered views, campaign duration, qualifying traffic, eligibility requirements, replacement delivery, and completion terms.
StoryDrive™ guarantees only the specific promotional delivery expressly described at purchase. It does not guarantee:
- Sales, leads, inquiries, offers, buyers, or customers
- Affiliate registrations, commissions, profit, or income
- Social-media engagement or search-engine ranking
- That every delivered visitor will take an additional action
Delivery may begin when campaign preparation starts, the Parking Spot is approved, campaign settings are created, promotional placement begins, or traffic delivery begins.
Cool Car Guy may pause, extend, reschedule, modify, replace, or refuse a campaign that violates policy, contains inaccurate information, becomes unavailable, creates legal or safety concerns, or cannot be delivered through available methods.
If a campaign experiences a delivery shortfall, Cool Car Guy may continue, extend, replace, or substitute qualifying delivery. StoryDrive™ purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
14. VIDEO FEATURE TERMS
A Video Feature is an optional advertising, editorial, or promotional media product. The current price may be $99 or another price displayed when ordered.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cool Car Guy controls the format, script, narration, title, length, presentation, editing, publication timing, channel placement, thumbnail, description, and editorial style.
Purchasing a Video Feature does not guarantee:
- A particular number of views or subscribers
- Leads, inquiries, offers, buyers, customers, or sales
- Affiliate registrations, commissions, profit, or income
- Permanent availability on YouTube or another third-party platform
Production may begin with research, writing, scripting, recording, voice production, editing, rendering, upload preparation, scheduling, or publication.
Cool Car Guy may correct factual errors but is not required to make subjective editorial changes after production begins.
Third-party platforms may remove, restrict, demonetize, alter, or disable video content for reasons outside Cool Car Guy’s control.
Video Feature purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
15. TRANSACTIONS AND NO AUTOMATIC AGENCY
Publishing a Parking Spot does not automatically make Cool Car Guy the advertiser’s dealer, broker, agent, representative, inspector, appraiser, lender, insurer, escrow provider, transporter, buyer, seller, or party to a transaction.
Cool Car Guy, Inc. may separately provide automotive or brokerage-related services when expressly agreed in writing. Those separate services are not created merely because a Parking Spot appears on CoolCarGuy.com.
Except for a separately agreed Cool Car Guy service, users are responsible for their own inspections, title checks, history reports, contracts, payments, financing, taxes, registration, insurance, delivery, transportation, due diligence, and legal compliance.
16. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS CONNECTED TO ADVERTISING
Some qualifying purchases may generate affiliate commissions under the separate Cool Car Guy Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
Advertising purchases do not guarantee that a commission will be created, tracked, attributed, approved, or paid.
Disputed, reversed, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicated, or ineligible transactions may result in commission rejection or reversal.
The Affiliate Terms control affiliate tracking, attribution, customer linking, commission rates, eligibility, reversals, and payouts.
17. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Contact Cool Car Guy before filing a chargeback so a legitimate billing concern can be investigated.
A chargeback does not establish that a refund was owed.
A chargeback involving a valid purchase may result in account restriction, removal of the associated Parking Spot, cancellation of related services, reversal of related affiliate commissions, restriction of future purchases, and submission of transaction records to the payment processor.
Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot legally be waived.
18. WEBSITE AND PRODUCT CHANGES
Cool Car Guy may add, remove, replace, suspend, or discontinue categories, fields, URLs, account tools, photo or video support, search features, affiliate-link functionality, integrations, promotional products, or other parts of the service.
We may make changes for security, legal, technical, operational, user-experience, third-party, or business reasons.
Cool Car Guy does not guarantee that every historical feature or configuration will remain available.
19. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVERTISING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
Cool Car Guy disclaims express and implied warranties concerning accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, visibility, traffic, search ranking, results, or profitability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Car Guy, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, sales, commissions, opportunities, data, reputation, or goodwill; or business interruption arising from an advertisement, user content, transaction, third party, moderation decision, technical problem, or inability to use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Car Guy’s aggregate liability arising from an advertising purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the specific advertising product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cool Car Guy, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your advertisement, content, products, services, transaction, misleading statements, failure to disclose, violation of law, infringement of rights, or breach of these Terms.
21. GOVERNING LAW, RELATED POLICIES, AND CONTACT
These Advertising Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Doña Ana County, New Mexico.
The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally before filing litigation.
These Terms incorporate the Cool Car Guy Terms and Conditions, Advertising Refund Policy, Prohibited Ads Policy, Privacy Policy, Affiliate Terms where applicable, Report a Content Rights Concern page, and product-specific checkout terms.
The Affiliate Terms control affiliate matters. The Advertising Refund Policy controls refund details. Specific written product terms control the applicable optional product or service.

- Publishing an ad does not automatically make Cool Car Guy your broker or transaction representative.
